As a certified business economist specializing in business informatics, I support to improve business processes significantly and sustainably through solid expertise and efficient process management.
After completing my commercial training as an Industrial Clerk in 2005, I initially laid the foundation for my career as an employee in internal sales. In the following years, I supported industrial companies from production and trade in both, national and international sales. Personal customer service has always provided me with valuable inspiration for my resulting commercial activities in the back office.
Through my work in internationally operating companies, I specialized as a customs specialist with expertise in customs and preferential law. In my additional role as Customs Officer, I ensured the proper and legal implementation of daily export transactions. Through further part-time studies, I continuously expanded my expertise in the areas of sales, financial management, project management, and process management.
Since 2013, I have been fully responsible for the profitability and efficiency of the sales department in manufacturing companies as Director Customer Service. As a strategic interface between the customer and all other departments within the company, I ensure a smooth flow in the OTC process (from order receipt to invoicing) and guarantee a customer-focused service..
My involvement in solving daily business challenges ranges from designing efficient business processes to developing and implementing sales-supporting measures, to ensuring quality standards and improving sales- and finance-based KPI's. I have been working in this diverse key role till today.
